I have the "Load out of date addons" checked, and still wont load any quest data. I deleted all file and folder in the add on folder (everything) and reinstalled my addons and Lightheaded still wont load any data

lightheaded has stopped working. the frame shows up but it cant load any of the quest data according to the debug. I have tried downlaoding and reinstalling several times and still get the same problem
