You need to make this mod more sophisticated. Penalize for lack of enchants on slots, and perhaps penalize for the cheap scrubby enchants like 8 stats, 15 haste on cloak (as opposed to 23), 50 SP to weapon, etc. It goes hand-in-hand with the goal of this add-on. Either that or add values to enchants and make the best ones worth...

Any chance of adding a bit more granularity to the mod and how it determines to fire the difficulty change? Right now the mod goes absolutely nuts any time people are moved around, or someone disconnects, etc. Ideally it should only change the difficulty when you are granted raid leader from someone.
