Future Skins and Font Questions

Love your DK and Pally skins! Can we expect to see one for each class sometime in the future? What apps do you use to develop the skins?
One Question for you. Your interfaces font is consistent throughout. What do you use to make that happen (e.g. FuBar (?) font is consistent with that of nUI)?
