hey im really loving the ui but one annoying feature, for me anyway, is the bars dissapearing if i havnt targeted a enemy.
Is there a way to disable this option ?

Hey,
first of all BEAUTIFUL ui completely blown away by it however and this may seem like a nooby question but i cant move my abilities off of the action bars once i put them down and the ability lock in the blizzard options is not toggled
