I will add it to the F.A.Q's in future, np :)
Go into Interface/AddOns/MayronUI/Map.lua
and go to Line 13:
Minimap:SetPoint("TOPRIGHT", UIParent, "TOPRIGHT", -9, -8)
-9, -8 is the x and y coords. You can change the -9 to move it lower. You will need to "/rl" reload the UI to see the changes if you are in game. Hope that help...

I apologize if this has been asked before, but the search isn't being helpful.
How do you move the minimap? I'm using titan panel as well, so need to move the minimap down a bit
