This problem made it to live. Pretty much makes the addon unusable. Your health will decrease and the numbers and percents will be accurate but the graphical portion of the bar will not change until you switch targets or your target dies. On the PTRs for 2.1.0, TakHud is broken so that the bars do not increase/decrease properly. For example, while taking damage, the player bar will not always decrease.
