 raid Frames

Hello great UI so far im lovin it. I was wondering how I can adjust the size of the raid frames (like grid) is there a slide bar to adjust it or another way. what raids frames are they as I can see that they look a lot like grid but arent.
Also is there a way to set main tank bars in ouf like you can do in SuF
