You're using a 1920x1080 resolution since its designed for a 1920x1200 res this happens. Also your quartz cast bars will all be off.
I have the same issue so i use 1680x1050 res. It doesn't look as good but it works.

Everything is working fine except my buffs I cant see any timers for them not sure if this part of your new design but I dont like it.

QUARTZ BARS

Everything works fine except my quartz bars..They're not where they should be.

now i went from playing on a 17" 1440*900 monitor to now playing on a 24" 1920*1080 res monitor im not sure if this would of caused the quartz to be in the wrong position.
