4.3.3 changes?

Since today's small patch 4.3.3, I have no boss emotes and various sounds only makes sounds at random times. For example: I have footsteps enabled and I hear them every once in awhile, I have interface sounds, like opening and closing window and I only hear them every once in awhile.
