Haven't noticed anything like this myself (maybe I didn't look hard enough) but are there any plans to add a per-character settings option? I don't necessarily keep the buff bars in the same place on all of my characters so it'd be nice if I didn't have to reposition these every time I switch characters. Another thing I've noticed...
