It's not really a joke since it's not funny. The whole purpose of the add is to irritate your own faction's trade channel by becoming the hall monitor. The add doesn't attempt to solve any problems (like the LFG channel being horrendous), so really, the only people that use it *want* to be irritating. If you're cool with being known...
