I made a short video showing how this addon works since every time I try to explain it to someone they think it is overly complex and not worth using. Anchoring to BOTTOM

Seems to have trouble remembering its X-axis position when anchored to BOTTOM, which causes the handle anchor to shift to the dead center of the screen on the X-axis.
