UI problem

My UI seems to look a lot different to screenshots for the addon. I have two bars at the bottom, and two mouse over bars at the right hand side. Just wondering if this is the way it should look, or a fixable problem? Thanks, Tauz. P.S, the insert image button isn't working for me.
