I use MouseButton 4. Enabled Paging for all bars, and using PageOnPress from Cladhaire indeed. Simply, sometimes after dying, the bars stick in place. Only thing that fixes it is a /console reloadui. I suspect when shapeshifted (bars switch positions), or with the bars otherwise "paged" - so also by having the button pressed down...
