Ok, so here is my tooltip oddity. I've noticed it doesnt happen when I directly put my tooltip on someone, but when I move it off and it does the fade functionality. Thats when I see this icon. Very odd. Grouped or ungrouped, on random people or not.

I'm having a similar odd problem, I randomly get the raid icon diamond in front of the level in my tooltip. I dont have a screeny atm, but I'll get one tonight.
