 Flag Not Appearing to Run

I appear to be having trouble with this latest version. Someone below mentioned that when copying Flag into the Addons folder it asks if it's okay to replace the Lib file that isn't there in the first place. Same thing for me.
The login screen registers Flag as being installed and enabled, but when I log into game I get no icon. I...
