I just had a problem with the addon telling me Dirkee was nearby. I was killing the librarians and be actually snuck up behind me and aggroed without the addon triggering. I'd cleared the cache before I logged in tonight, so I know he wasn't cached, and all the option for recognition are enabled. After I killed him it showed him a...
