The instructions on that page specify how to do it, but it's as simple as:
/cast Regrowth
or
/cast Regrowth
it doesnt keep the target i "click" on my raid ui :P tested both options

that would go like "normal" but it would keep the target i click / cast on , i did that on the old "looking" clique but cant seem to find way to make it on the "new":p
