Ever since the pre-patch, ChocolateBar now resides as a top layer to everything, including the world map, and I have yet to find a fix for it.

Weapon tooltip cycling

For 3.3.5, 4.0.1 and 4.0.3 (and 4.0.3a) for the first couple minutes after I log on, i will hover over anything, and the regular tooltip will show, and then it will show a random weapon tooltip, and then another, and then another, until I hover over anything else.
The easiest way for me to have it stop happening is if I hover over...
