 Conflict between Bongos and Skinner

I'm seeing a conflict between Skinner and Bongos. Essentially the menu bar and the menu icons become separated. The Menu Bar is bottom-center and the icons are top-left. For the moment I'm just disabling skinner, but if you get a chance please take a look. This was not an issue with bongos1.
