 Doesn't seem to work for me

I've downloaded and installed GearScore twice and there is no sign that it is working or that it is even installed...nothing in the tooltips or my character pane. No error messages of any kind either.
It appears in my Addons folder along with all my other addons and seemed to install correctly. Any known compatibility issues?
