Debuffs on enemy and Buffs on frien...

Debuffs on enemy and Buffs on friendly targets are still showing up all big. only time they show up in different sizes is when the target is not in my group or is out of range. I had it set so that my hots on friendly targets show up bigger, but now everyones buffs show up as same size.
