If you are just missing the key written on the button, your bindings are already active, but not labeled.

But... the overlapping. Did you clear(Backup!) your Interface-folder before you installed RothUI?
Looks like you have an old installation still there. Do you still have a oUF_D3Orbs folder?

Just one thing. I think, that Klaudio didn't mean the raidmarks like skull and cross, but the new "smoke"marks, which afair can't be placed over an other menu than the one on the left.

I think it's again an issue with old tullaRange files. Try to delete the tullaRange files in "WTF\Account\\SavedVariables", then it should be fixed.
