Order hall command bar

Hello everyone, does anyone can help me about the order hall command bar ? It has disapeared and i don't understand why, because in elvui menu it's : "enable + adjust movers". I changed to "activate" and no enhancements. I need some help to fix the problem, thanks a lot.
