 How often is Lightheaded updated?

How often is Lightheaded updated? I often find alot of comments on wowhead that are not in Lightheaded yet. Can't you make the addon upgrade "onthefly" so we don't have to upgrade the whole addon as much as we much today.

Does Lightheades and new data and new comments to the addon onthefly? So when a new comment is written on wowhead the addon snap it up?
Or do we have to download a new version everytime we need more info?
