I think the "Evaluate with" option is at the category level. So if you have a "Player" condition and a "Spell Ready" condition, you can set it to "AND" or "OR" between them. But within a category, you're stuck with whatever evaluation system Tojaso is using per option — that is, "Evaluate with" won't affect the options within t...
