Altoholic button problem with VuhDo

When Altoholic runs I have two minimap buttons appear for the VuhDo addon. After checking the VuhDo comments on Curse.com I saw that others solved the problem by disabling Altoholic and the same worked for me. Any thoughts on what's causing this? I like both these addons so I'd much rather they play nice together.
