Since runes now fill sequentially, it doesn't really make any sense to care about "blood rune 1" vs "blood rune 2". Instead, it's more like there's a blood rune bar that you use 50% of whenever you use a blood rune. Any time that bar is over 50% filled, you can use a blood rune.
