 Far Left Bar Missing (Bar 9 on Bartender)

I noticed that the last few versions of LUI didn't have the config screen to enable/disable the far left bar. The far right bar seems to be enabled by default (bar 10 on Bartender).
Is there a way to enable the far left one manually?
I've been enabling it by going into bartender config screen and clicking the unlock/lock button...
