 how to fix the 30sec Insignia of the Alliance bug

We can fix this problem easily.
Just put a following sentence into certain line of the Core.lua in your CooldownTimer2 directory.
self:SetCandyBarTime("cdt-"..skillName, duration);
The line is about 630 - or those - if you use reacent version. At least r26541.9.
