I'm currently unable to drag any of the chocolate bars around with 'free placement'. (Yes I made sure to uncheck the 'lock' as well) Turned off all other addons aside from CB and a handful of my LDB plugins and the issue still persists. -- Clean CB install and all wtf files deleted.

I'm having issues with low mana % warning sounds. (I'm assuming it's going to happen with health too but I haven't stood in something to the point of getting it) The trigger is set for 45% or lower (on mana) and it's just not going off. File is an MP3 and it's a fresh msbt install. WTF files deleted out as well. Any suggestions?
