Sound problem

Really nifty mod, several different uses for it. However, I've been having trouble using sound responses; whenever the trigger for one occurs, I get the following error message:

I've been using it for a couple of days now, very much enjoy it. My mini-map was getting rather cluttered, so this has been quite useful.
