My WoW account has expired and thus unfortunately I wont be in a position to test this little mod against further WoW updates. However because of its nature this mod will probably continue to work indefinitely unless Blizzard make significant changes to WoW.

I extracted the relevant audio file...

I extracted the relevant audio files using mpqviewer, then simply tweaked them using Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net). Should anyone prefer different volumes I'd recommend giving it a go, Audacity is pretty intuitive.
