What region are you playing in? Grid 1.30300.1308 is not compatible with WoW 4.0.1, and as such is no longer supported. If your locale has not yet patched to 4.0.1, you'll just have to wait, as no further fixes or changes will be made for older versions of WoW. Strange. I have been using Grid for a number of years. In the past I have been able to create my own custom "auras" which could identify which spells I have active on a party or raid member. I cannot seem to find this option in the in addon that I downloaded today (1.30300.1308) It is something that I find very important as a healer....
