Issues with 4.1

Just some feedback regarding 4.1 - I find the aggro icon to be more distracting and harder to read then in 3.x. Also, I have an issue where debuffs and buffs do not show on the nameplate for my target until I mouse over the name-plate. Probably going back to 3.x for now, maybe I'm missing something?
