Deleting old bankers

Hello to all. First iŽd like to say that this mod really comes in good use and it was a great work. Second iŽde like to ask how do i delete old bankers, and if it is possible to include a system point to help even things a bit, since there is always those that donate more then others, maybe by quality and lvl dunno its jst a thought...
