Addon doesn't even show up in WoW addons enable/diasble

Have many other mods, they all show up in enable/diasable but not this one, even moved all the mods out and left altaholic and the blizzard ones and it still doesn't show up. First time d/ling this mod. Maybe the previous versions had something that the newest didn't have? Anyway anyone have this issue or solution I would greatly...
