 Guild member alerts not displaying

I've been seeing an issue where guild member alerts aren't displaying when guild members log on. Has anyone else using Prat seen this issue? I haven't been able to link the issue to any addons yet, so I'm hoping someone might be seeing the issue and have some insight to share.

Not showing guild member alerts

For some reason I'm not seeing guild member alerts when guild members log on/off. I reinstalled Prat earlier and deleted the saved variables, which seemed to work for a while, but then again it stopped showing guild member alerts.
