Getting blurry text in 2.0.26925

Upgraded from 2.0.26806 to 2.0.26925. I get blurry text in tooltips from fubar, QuestFu, and Cartographer. the text is not blurry on every line, seems only random lines. Also get graphical artifacts (1 pixel in size) just below lines that have been blurred. Reverting back to 2.0.26806 fixes the blurry issue for me. Not sure...
