Just found out that St_Uf was causing me to get Stuttering while I was BG's not sure why. I was getting this horrible skipping only when in Battlegrounds. Then I disabled the UF's and it went away. :( Any insight on this?

Having the same problem. Cant get STUF raid frames to show up and hide party while in raid isnt working. And I can't hide the shitty blizzard raid frames either (or the Tab for them anyway)

Warning for the noob question ahead. So i have been compiling a small compilation of addons, and i was wondering how i start with reflux. From what i see i looks like i type in a command /reflux ?????? then start configuring my addons. Then when finished type /reflux save? Could someone lay it out easy mode :D
