I'm so embarrassed! I thought spells slid down the cooldown timer bar also, now I see the error of my ways. As soon as I launched a spell that actually has a "cooldown" FX works as intended. All is good. I'm setting up my druid caster and i have my ui to where my unit frames and action bars disappear if im not in combat or have...
