is the same as
ShowHelm(not ShowingHelm())
Semicolons are also completely optional.
if ShowingHelm() then ShowHelm(0);else ShowHelm(1);end;
is the same as
if ShowingHelm() then ShowHelm(0) else ShowHelm(1...
