Found the fix for bringing the center icon to the front, its in the GridFrame.lua. If you want to do a manual change open that file and find: -- create icon three lines above it you should see: f.IconBG:SetFrameLevel (x) Where X will be a number. I believe it was 5, change that number to 9 so it looks like this: f.Icon...

Pretty sure i know the problem though i am unsure how to fix it as i am having the same issues. The corners indicators and center icons are hidden behind the frames. when i scaled my missing MotW icon up to a really high number like 50, it was behind the frame.
