moving toggle icon

How do I move the toggle icon? It is stuck in the middle of my screen and I cant not figure a way how to unlock it's position. I have turned it off, though I would like to use the icon feature, just in a better place. Also I get kicked from the game when I try to dress up in an item from the database..
