Two questions: The rising combat...

Two questions: The rising combat text isn't showing up for me like the combat video, I would like to see the two fading rising combat texts like the video, how do I enable this? Is it possible to have Omen work for all fights? It seems that when I am solo, i don't see threat, but in raids it seems to work.

is inspecting disabled in this UI? gearscore and inspecting doesnt work for me, any update to when that will be re-enabled? also, i believe the older version had a thread meter pane, will that be returning? absolutely LOVE the UI.
