clock?

how is the clock on the upperright hand corner changed? going through sbc you can unclick the uclock but it doesnt nothing, same for going through broker uclock, no matter what i click it doesnt change any settings on the clock. Also, 90% of the time it shows the local time correctly but the server time off by an hour.

Thanks for that tip. Is it possible to change the grey color of the healthbars? Its impossible for me to see the difference between full hp and low. Also, any way to add the lvl of the monster to the health bar?

I have looked through all I can think of but can't figure this out, how do I re-enable the standard Blizzard error messages saying things like "You much be closer to target to interact" and those type of messages. Its quite a pain to try clicking something but have nothing happen and not know why.
