Vanishing options?

Since today's "patch", Chinchilla options have disappeared, my map has reset to default, and there's no way to change it. The addons screen shows it's active, but in game, there are no options for Chinchilla whatsoever, and the map stays reset. Every possible way to trigger the config options fails. Methinks Blizz borked something...
