Pretty sure I was using the beta version, but just to be sure I downloaded it again from the beta page, and the garrison button is still in the middle of the map and has once again resized. Also, the performance does seem very laggy, as just sitting out in the world I'm getting 14 FPS, but with the Blizzard default UI I'm getting...

Can't speak for him obviously, but in my limited experience that sounds like it's not hooking to the frame that holds the buttons. Out of curiosity have you tried disabling SVUI to see if the button moves normally to the edge of the minimap with the rest? If it does, then it's probably something Munglunch needs to take a look at, as...

Having a weird issue where on one of my characters, when I click on my toon's box on the VuhDo frame, it will not target me. Don't have this issue on any other character. I also have an issue on this toon with Quartz modules not loading, but not sure if they're related. It's a shaman, if that matters.
