does this tell us when an elemental invasion is happening in our zone? for example you fly to azshara to do some fishing and dont know that the rock elemental guy is up. well it'd be cool if you could scan with this and it show if hes up or not

the dragon icons for rares dont show up in outland.

if you get cartographer to show you where on your main map the rares are or whatever it works for all the old world ones but not for any in tbc ouland rares dont show up on your map (i have yet to see one with the mod on yet in outland) but should that matter?
