Is there a trigger you can set to announce when a buff has almost expired as opposed to already expired?

Serpent's Zeal

Was hoping to use this addon to track my Serpent's Zeal buff. Serpent's Zeal is a Mistweaver Monk self buff that stacks twice and lasts 30 seconds. I was looking to play a sound when it got to 5 seconds left so I know to refresh it. It does not seem to be available in the buff list.
